Giving employees an easy way to start taking advantage of program benefits, we created a 'Get Started page,' providing users access to tools and step-by-step video training on how to sell the Uplift credit card. Additional programs such as Limited Time Offer, Rollover, Roadshows, and New Card Promotions, aimed to help users achieve program goals.

Dashboard
A hub to all program vital resources, the employee Dashboard provides access to their status level, calendar, frequently asked questions, tools, training, and quick links to the program's flight path and promotions. Additionally, designed for usability, a status dropdown menu is built into the header giving a snapshot into the user's progress.

Flight path
The flight path's keystone to the entire Uplift program was designed to allow employees to earn, track, and redeem rewards based on status level. Using its color-coded bar spectrum and easily understood iconography, users will earn points while rising higher on the chart, based on the number of approvals they receive. When permissions are reached, a user will receive a bonus boost of cash or miles redeemable through Delta’s SkyMiles program—providing a fun and engaging way to earn more rewards.

Account History
Providing employees with a detailed summary of their account, Account History offered users a personalized overview, cross-links to training, account activity, an exhaustive account history list, and additional promotions.

Delta Airlines needed an employee portal and marketing campaign for their Uplift employee rewards program. Through a partnership with American Express, the program targeted friends and family sign-up for the credit card, earning them points towards cash and travel benefits. Wanting to increase conversion and grow the Uplift program, Delta needed an online hub where employees could log in, track their progress, and access program resources.
