Mobile Comp Chart
QuickBooks, a leader in accounting software for small businesses, needed a new mobile pricing page to deliver enough information to aid customers' purchase decisions while increasing revenue and net new subscribers.

Results have shown that comparison charts are an effective tool, but viewing multiple SKUs becomes difficult when displayed on a mobile screen.
Analyzing SKU mix, clickable items on the page, scroll-reach, and the overall functionality to determine user engagement, we designed a mobile experience that enables users to filter easily and compare plan features side-by-side, prompting them to swipe.
Online Acquisition
QuickBooks Online Acquisition is an Intuit sanctioned landing page that promotes QuickBooks plans to paid traffic driven from social, display, and affiliate websites. With a history of high conversion amongst net new subscribers, the site started to experience softness in page performance and needed a unique design to help boost online trust, consumer learning, and product sales.
User testing in increments using qualitative feedback from Wevo, we found up-leveling user benefits along with trustworthy content, positioned QuickBooks as an authority in the field of accounting software. By optimizing the comparison chart, we simplified and visually differentiated each plan from one another, providing a more straightforward path to purchase. If still unconvinced, the design reinforced its position with content focussed on building consumer confidence, offering expert support, customer reviews, and FAQs.

Needing to improve the brands' website performance, user research and insights informed design proposals and development for user testing. A tested experiment's level of success was measured against key performance indicators to enable more intelligent business decisions, ranging in duration from a few weeks to several months.
